Fees & Payment

Application deadline:

  • Februar 1, 2022 (earliy bird)
  • April 1, 2022 (regular)

Registration Fee (non refundable): 

  • € 200 early bird
  • € 500 regular 

Tuition: 

  • € 2,100 academic program (€ 1,600 for registered LMU partner university students)
  • € 300 internship

Accommodation Fee: 

  • € 980 (June 29 - August 21)
  • € 400 (July 30 - August 21)

The tuition includes the following:

  • Opening Retreat
  • all lectures
  • participation in all excursions (city tour, museums, Berlin, Castle Neuschwanstein, Opera performance, Concentration Camp Dachau Memorial Site)
  • public transport ticket (8 weeks)
  • internship application

Meals will not be provided. Lunch will be available at the University for approximately € 3 – 7 per meal.


Accommodation

We offer accommodation for all participants in single rooms with own kitchen and bathroom at the Student dorm, Olympisches Dorf.


Payment

  • First payment
    The Registration Fee has to be submitted as soon as possible in order to secure a place in the program, but no later than by February 1 (early-bird) / April 1 (regular), 2022.
  • Second payment
  • Tuition and Accommodation fee are due by May 15, 2022.

    It is possible to make a lump sum payment any time before April 1, 2022.

Payment by credit card is not possible, bank transfer is preferred, PayPal is possible.

Please note: Your place in the program is only secured if you transfer the registration fee or the full amount to our account via money-wire transfer on time. Make sure that your bank will not deduct additional costs for the transfer. All bank fees have to be paid by you. Please ask the bank in your home country for assistance.
Please include your full name and the abbreviation of the progam (MSC) on the money-wire transfer payment. Your name has to be clearly identifiable.   


Cancellation guidelines and purchase of flight tickets

All students admitted to the MSC program will receive a confirmation letter that the program is a "GO". MSC students are advised to not purchase their flight tickets before April 1st.


Cancellation by students*

Cancellation before the registration deadline:

The registration fee will not be refunded.
 All other deposits will be fully refunded.

Cancellation after the registration deadline:

The registration fee will not be refunded.
 If accommodation was booked, the rent will not be refunded or have to be paid.

Cancellation 4 weeks before commencement of the course:

The registration fee will not be refunded.
 If accommodation was booked, the deposit for the rent will not be refunded and 50% of the tuition will not be refunded.

Cancellation 3 days before commencement of the course:

The registration fee will not be refunded.
 If accommodation was booked, the deposit for the rent will not be refunded and 80% of the tuition will not be refunded.

Once the course has started, no refund will be granted.

Cancellation by MISU

All tuition and fees will be refunded.
