BIO: Dr. Wolfram is a member of the Broadcast Education Association and the Muenchner Kreis (Munich Circle), a Supranational Association of Communications Research.

In 1984, he was a Visiting Professor at the University of Fribourg, Institute for Journalism and Mass Communication in Switzerland. In 1997, he taught again in Europe at the Institute for Communication Science at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, Germany. Dr. Wolfram's research interests include the subjects of Media Aesthetics, Global Communication Networks, and Policy and Regulatory Issues as they arise from emerging media technologies. He contributed to these and other subjects in academic journals and books here and abroad.
